Prospect, Conn. 27 April 2007: Sgt. Kevin Stratton and Lt. Jim Salzano, both from Troop I in Bethany, stand before a bicycle that was struck by a car on Route 69 in Prospect on Friday night. The bike rider was a 14-year-old boy who died after suffering head injuries. He received the bike as a birthday gift just days before the accident.
